The BEST cinnamon buns in Vancouver!! I don't usually eat cinnamon buns because many of them are sweet and greasy but the buns from Grounds are just beyond amazing. The texture, the taste, the sweetness, and the icing..everything is just perfect! Tried the apple buns this time and it went really well with the new pumpkin spice latte!

This place is one of my favorite cafes, staff are very friendly, atmosphere is great (if a little busy) and the cinnamon buns are to die for. They also give you huge cups. Their outside tables leave a little to be desired, theyre a little wobbly and could result in spilling your drink. Definitely recommend checking grounds out!

Forgot how much I loved cinnamon buns! Bought a 6 pack of their limited edition Cherry Blossom Buns for 28. I appreciate that their limited edition buns are the same price as the regular buns, and their special flavours are typically only available over four-day window. If you're not eating them right away and want to add your own cream cheese icing and cherry compote, they can add both to take out cups for convenience and easy travel (which I did). The buns were delicious! So moist and best fresh, but even tasted nice when warmed a day or two after for breakfast. The moisture retained well and the bun wasn't overly hard as some baked goods can be. The dough of the bun isn't overly sweet, which is nice, because the icing adds the sugar - and can be controlled when added yourself. Loved the sweetness of the cherry compote! Would recommend.

My friend loves this place so I went with him to see why he loves it. He got a coffee and a cinnamon roll, and I got a Matcha latte (which was delicious). My drink tasted burnt the first time tho, so I talked with the baristas and they were so nice and quick to get me a new drink (even gave me an extra small chocolate for free. This place is always packed so that's something to keep in mind

The other people in the reviews were absolutely right about the cinnamon buns, because - THEY ARE DELICIOUS. And I’ll be coming back for more, hehe. But seriously, you must try the cinnamon buns here. Unfortunately, they don’t have many gluten-friendly options at this cafe. We got a lemon muffin (GF), but it was very mid. The lattes were also pretty good! Definitely will be back :)

Fantastic Cinnamon Buns! Great service and decent coffee. Clean hip and bright space with good music. What more could you want? My only concern is the way the line works. There ends up being a crowd at the till and it is confusing to know who is waiting and who is waiting to order. No biggie, the staff works hard to get people served as quick as they can. You won’t wait long. Good to send someone to save the table. Seating is scare because of the volume of people who are enjoying their food. If you haven’t been, then go!

One of my new favorite coffee places to stop at. Staff are always super friendly and welcoming! Food is great love the cookies and muffins. Definitely would recommend the fruit fritter muffin. So fresh chewy and the berries add a nice sweet and soft tangy flavor!

Great hot chocolate! I prefer the denser consistency of a rich hot chocolate, but it tasted just as good nonetheless and not too sweet. They're also famous for cinnamon buns, which are equally as good with rich cream cheese frosting. It was also quite fresh.
